WENDY WONG-JONES 黃開莉

Born and bred in Singapore, and a long time Hong Kong permanent resident, Wendy has a strong background in commercial and entrepreneurial endeavours. A successful career as a derivatives broker in the financial markets enabled her to build and execute multi-million dollar transactions on a daily basis, whilst instilling a love for connecting motivated buyers and sellers.

After starting a family in Hong Kong, Wendy turned her attention to small business, utilizing her skills learned in the family baking supplies industry in Singapore to launch an event gifting service. Transitioning to the real estate business is a natural progression for her having personally transacted in multiple land and property deals over many years across Singapore, Australia, the UK and Japan.

Wendy is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Familiar with local neighbourhoods and cultural nuances, she understands the needs of both expats and locals bringing a refreshing enthusiasm and strong work ethic to all her client services.
